Why does Job Success drop on Upwork?

Hi all!
I haven't visited the upwork profile for a long time and having looked today, I found that job success is decreasing by itself. For the 4th month I have been working for the same client, it was 85, it became 78. Can non-closed contracts that are on pause affect this? or maybe it's worth putting "busy", maybe due to the fact that you didn't put it?

What other contracts have you never had?
everything is dynamically calculated, according to the sum of failed contracts, for three periods of time and the largest one is selected, if your last contracts were failed, then it is logical that it falls.
