I received a letter from Upwork that they will stop working with Skrill on April 24th. There is a new option to withdraw to a Russian bank account in rubles. But what if you need a dollar account?

Skrill went nuts, they did everything right.
It stopped working with dollars, the withdrawal commission increased to 7.5%
So now with $3000 you will give $250 Skrill do you need it?
