What to do with hung responses (UpWork)?

I have two questions (attached a screenshot):
1) Why is the Active proposal written 1pc, but in fact there are 2pcs? And what to do with them, one of them - they found me themselves, but I was not interested in their offer, and the second - I responded to the work, but during the discussion they decided not to start work peacefully. When will they leave and what can I do about it?
2) Due to inexperience, I sent too many responses (now it says that there are 20 of them). Most of them (85%) are already about a month old, the customers either got lost or "hiring: 1" hangs in these works. Related to this, I have the same question, when will they be removed and can I safely continue to send feedback?

Do nothing, they will fall off / disappear.
With invites, everything is simple, either you accept it or reject it. In the second case, it should disappear from Active proposals
