For your amount, only Direct to Local bank makes sense. The money will be converted into rubles and transferred to your bank account. Accordingly, you need to add the details of the ruble bank account. The bank should not be under sanctions (Sberbank, VTB, Tochka, Sovcom are not allowed ..).
After adding, 3 days must pass before you can withdraw.
