How to withdraw money from Upwork in Belarus?

Hello everybody. I do Upwork as a part-time job, I work full-time myself. Is there any legal method of withdrawing money to a card in Belarus so that the tax office cannot dig in?

If you are concerned about the tax, then as far as I know, if you are an individual entrepreneur, then you must indicate in the declaration that you received income from an individual. And no problems should arise. But given our country, its laws and very incompetent managers, it is better to consult a tax inspector several times. :D
