Dear colleagues, I work with my wife on Upwork, I’m going on a business trip to another country, so my account will be simultaneously open on two devices in different countries. Will Upwork ban me because of the IP change?

The problem is that you are in another country - no.
But the fact that two active devices in different countries is a problem. If I were you, I would not take risks, and for the duration of the business trip I used vpn to work on both computers.

Upwork is not a punitive organization. You can always talk to them and explain the situation.
I rode in Southeast Asia for 3 months and worked from new places all the time. There wasn't a single question.

Within 15 minutes my IP changes from Moscow to Frankfurt and vice versa. No problem.

It shouldn't and shouldn't have been a problem. At the very least, explain the situation. This is an exchange of freelancers, not chained to office galleys :)
