Why does it take so long to install debian via virtualbox?

In windows10 I run a virtual box and easily install a basic linux debian system without a graphical environment. Everything happens fast enough.

What was my surprise that on the same Debian Buster, running VirtualBox, the installation of the debian buster base was delayed for hours. "Basic system installation". And the percentage is slowly growing.

At the same time, I allocated 4GB of RAM and 24GB of disk. What can be wrong? Under Windows, a dummy is quickly deployed for subsequent configuration of the web server.
