Can't find log files and doesn't create a "Logs" folder, what should I do?

Hello! Cannot find log files, and when I go to the specified path, the Logs folder is missing. And this always happens during creation. Tried to reinstall the virtual machine - did not help. Who knows what to do in this situation?
