How to move Ubuntu from VirtualBox to SSD drive?

I worked in VirtualBox with Ubuntu 16.04, I have a development environment there, now I bought myself an SSD to work faster and I want to transfer everything from the virtual machine to the disk so as not to re-install everything.
Native OS Windows 7. Disk format vdi. Please tell me what and how it can be done.

var1: make a backup of the system partition inside the virtual machine using dd or clonezilla and then deploy it to the ssd partition. then boot from LiveSD and register rudely in the boot.
the simplest and most efficient.
var2: connect the partition on the SSD as a RAW partition to the virtualbox and copy the system partition to the partition on the ssd, then boot from livesd and register rough in the boot.
more hemorrhagic.
var3: convert vdi to raw and then copy it to the ssd partition.
but in Windows stupidly there will not be enough functions.

Drive to a USB box, hook it up to a virtual machine, boot from the Live distribution and dd. Although, it seems that some kind of gparted thread should be able to handle it.
But that's just - what's the point in these gestures? If you just transfer the virtual machine to an SSD, then it will also work quickly.
