How to manage virtual machines remotely?
Good time!
To perform my "strange" tasks, I need to implement the following functionality:
For example, 10 virtual machines (wmweir or virtualbox) are installed on a PC that is located on the home network, and they need remote access from another PC, which is on the same network and from outside the home network. Each virtual machine goes to the Internet through a permanent paid proxy, but it is desirable to connect to it through the home Internet. Remotely, you need to turn on the virtual machine, work on it, and turn it off.
I saw similar functionality at my last job. As far as I had the brains to understand, the virtual machine itself was located on the office server (which actually gave us access to the network), and I turned it on and worked with it from my working PC, through an application like VMWare Player, and then turned it off .
You are requested to poke me in the name of the software that is best used for my tasks (it is not advisable to change it in the process, since certain sites will "get used" to these systems). And is it possible to implement a connection to a virtual machine through my home Internet, and the machine itself went to the network only through a proxy?

And in general, what's the problem with accessing your host machine and launching the desired virtual machine either from the GUI or from the command line?
There are such options for both Linux and Windows, but it looks like you have RDP working on your machine.
