Is VirtualBox not compatible with Licensed Windows XP?

I used to sit on ZverDVD and never had problems with firewood, VirtualBox worked with a bang!
A week ago I installed the license and ran into a problem during the installation:
a2a7189b967f40c18791adc871740bdb.jpg
this warning appeared several times, I chose Continue Anyway .
After installing and integrating Extension Pack-4.3.12 , the Internet does not work in the virtual OS .
The guest OS additions in the virtual OS are also installed.
I note in the system installed:
- all the latest updates on April 8, 2014
- all .NET Framework
- all Microsoft Visual C ++
I also note that a few years ago I installed the original XP image with a pirate key and I had the same problem in VirtualBox and not only, incompatibility!
Immediately I will write do not advise the transition to 7 or 8 .

@kosmoflyko

The message occurs due to the lack of a certificate for XP, there should not be any problems with the program because of this. I myself used VB for a long time on a licensed XP.
How is the network configured on the virtual machine?
By default, VB uses the "NAT" mode and the network 10.0.2.0/24, see if it has received the correct DHCP settings in the virtual machine. If not, check the checkbox File->Settings->Network->NatNetwork->Change NAT network (icon with a screwdriver)->DHCP
support in a virtual machine for your network.

And how do you set up the Internet for the guest OS?

I know from my own experience the transition from 4.2 to 4.3, the newly installed XP is not a license, they fell as they could. Encouraged to come to Vin7.
