Why does it say that on a discrete AMD card it says that there is 2 GB and so 1?

Tell me please, in the drivers it says that the discrete video card has 2 GB of memory, but I went into GTA 5 there is only 1, but GTA is launched on a discrete one (I looked through the task manager) I don’t know what to do, I hope you answer.
