Why does it auto-format when saving and the cursor flies away?

In general, the essence of the issue is in the cap.
I save the file, while the formatting is constantly changing, namely, tabulation from 2 spaces to 4 spaces
(I use Prettier for formatting)
and also when saving, the cursor constantly flies to the very bottom
, tell me where to dig these settings?
