Why does homebrew throw errors on tap?

I'm trying to upgrade php to version 7.2 but can't do:
brew tap homebrew / dupes
brew tap homebrew / version
these commands give errors:
Error: homebrew/dupes was deprecated.
Error: homebrew/versions was deprecated.
if I do untap I get this
Error: No available tap homebrew/dupes.
Error: No available tap homebrew/versions.
What can I do ?

@takoyklasnii

why do you need tapas for puff if it has already been a year (if not more) since it moved to core? just brew install php for the latest version or brew install [email protected]
to install older ones.
