What is the problem when running OS X in Virtualbox?

What could be the problem?
Tried a lot of images, a lot of manuals - but it doesn't go any further than choosing a system (a choice of two items, of which the right one is the choice of OS X).

There are ready-made images. There are shamanistic commands to fix the car before launch. I've only tested El Capitan myself.
