But at the end of the installation I get an error
How to fix it?

What OS (bit depth!) on a host and the guest machine???
Most likely, you do not have hardware virtualization support enabled in your BIOS (usually disabled by default).

CD is broken. If you install from an image, then download the image again or check its checksum

Try changing the virtual hard disk and create a fixed (rather than dynamic) size.
