How to play PS games on PC?

I want to play The Last of Us , but buying a console or vr tools for the sake of playing is unreasonable for me.
I have never had set-top boxes from information on the internet, you can judge that there are PS emulators for PC.

Recently, the PS3 emulator (RPCS3) development team released a new version of the program, which improved its optimization. We decided to test the updated emulator in the PlayStation-exclusives Uncharted 3 and The Last of Us.
Unfortunately, these games are still experiencing graphical glitches. In addition, the performance they show cannot be called satisfactory.
Uncharted 3 averaged 15 FPS. The following hardware was used: Intel Core i7 8700K, DDR4 32 GB 3600 MHz and GTX 1080.
