Why does Google make strange titles?

A couple of days ago I created a site on Wordpress. Today I decided to check the indexing in Google and found that Google generates some strange headings for each page.

If you look at the source code, then everything is exactly in the title. Why does Google add to each heading the title of the first article published on the site?

I think the problem lies in the All in One SEO Pack. Try going to the site as a Googlebot and look at Titile through the eyes of Google.
Google itself never substitutes anything. What the site gave him, he kept.
