Why does Google complain about pages that are not allowed for it?

Although I wrote the Disallow line in robots.txt
: /*do=orderdesc
Why does it still index and complain about this content? Has anyone encountered this? How to fix it?

Write like this:
Disallow: /*do=orderdesc*
But in general, robots is a recommendation, not a rule. Accordingly, Google simply ignores it.
To heighten the effect, write the head meta tag noindex on these pages. Or forbid the crawler to index them at the server level for 100% efficiency.
