How to make a Google Form interactive?

How (and is it possible at all) to make the question text in a Google Form depend on previous answers?
The workflow should be something like this (let's call it a "game of conditional associations"):
1. Respondent 1 sees a word in Google Form (for example, "cat"), to which he invents and writes down his association word as an answer (for example , "claws").
2. Respondent 1 is given a link to this form and asked to send it to someone else (respondent 2).
3. Respondent 2 sees the answer of respondent 1 ("claws") in the same Google Form and writes his association to it (for example, "fangs").
4. Respondent 2 is given a link to this form and asked to send it to someone else (respondent 3).
5. Respondent 3 sees "fangs",
I think the point is clear.
Can you please tell me if this is possible with the help of Google Forms, and if so, how?
