There is a fairly simple task: connect to Google Ads via API and get a list of advertising campaigns.
The necessary data has already been received in the API center (basic access level has been obtained)
. There it somehow needs to be installed, in the manuals they write that on your computer. I don’t need this, I just want to take data with a script, as is done in the Yandex Direct API, for example.
I'm at a dead end...

the library is optional, you can also take it with a script,
but with the library it's easier - authorization, etc.
