Why is the site not in Google search?

A new site on a new domain is not indexed by Google in any way. A couple of weeks have passed since the publication, but the problem is not solved.
In principle, there is no robots.txt in the site directory, so nothing is blocked by it, as well as the sitemap file, because the site is one-page.
Testing the URL in the Google Search Console shows that the site is fine, it is available to Google and no problems were found, but the Google Index tab still says “URL not in Google”. Requests for indexing also sent repeatedly, but nothing changes. What could be the problem? Are there any blocking from the hosting side?

Check if you have such tags as: Keywords, Description and whether they are filled with the necessary information. It is also worth considering that the process of getting into the search engine takes some time and it is different for everyone.

It was the same bullshit. I made a site for body massage - unique text, 8 cities, all one-pagers, until I gave the layout, but 3 weeks of silence. SC didn't work and that's a miracle, 2 days ago we reached the TOPs on their own. Why so xs.
