Hey! People tell me who can come across, recently when opening new tabs in Chrome in Windows 10, a loading wheel began to constantly appear next to the mouse. A trifle, but annoying is this flickering at the cursor. Checked for viruses, cleared cookies and cache. Disabled add-ons, all useless. Can anyone come across and somehow solved this problem?
