Why does Freepbx with Bitrix24 not work after installing a new router?

Hello! I have freepbx in my organization and the cloudy Bitrix24 freepbx is connected to Bitrix 24 via a sip connector, the TP-Link TL-R860 router is on the edge. All necessary ports are open, calls go through Bitrix24 perfectly. But for certain reasons, this router had to be changed to a newer TP-Link Archer C60. I transferred all the settings to the new one, everything is exactly the same as it was, but for some reason now there is silence when making calls in the handset (with an incoming call, silence, with an outgoing call, it writes in Bitrix that the call was successful, but no voices and beeps are heard). I looked in the asterisk logs, gives the following error:

WARNING[2305][C-000000b4]: res_format_attr_siren7.c:52 sir en7_parse_sdp_fmtp: Got Siren7 offer at 24000 bps, but only 32000 bps supported; ignoring.
(Warning[2305][C-000000b4]: res_format_attr_siren 7.c:52 siren7_parse_sdp_fmtp: Got Siren7 offer at 24000 bps, but only 32000 bps is supported; ignore.).

I can’t find the problem somewhere, in the router? Bitrix24 or Freepbx?
Could you please tell me at least in what direction to look for a solution to this problem?

@CHolfield

It means that the Siren 7 line in the SDP of the INVITE is going to be ignored because Asterisk's Siren 7 codec operates at 32kbit, not 24kbit.
