How to make yealink w52p work in pjsip + tls?

I configure the zoiper software (pjsip + tls + srtp) in the logs everything is fine:

[2020-01-13 09:17:10] VERBOSE[16616] res_pjsip/pjsip_configuration.c: Endpoint 880 is now Reachable
[2020-01-13 09:17:10] VERBOSE[16616] res_pjsip/pjsip_options.c: Contact 880/sip:[email protected]:40775;transport=TLS;rinstance=296cd125bd1bc1fb is now Reachable.  RTT: 75.660 msec

Everything is working. Everyone is calling.
XX.XX.XX.XX is my white IP on the router.
I do absolutely the same thing on yealink w52p in the logs, I see the following:

[2020-01-13 09:19:48] VERBOSE[16616] res_pjsip_registrar.c: Added contact 'sip:[email protected]:12369;transport=TLS' to AOR '100' with expiration of 3600 seconds
[2020-01-13 09:19:51] VERBOSE[16616] res_pjsip/pjsip_options.c: Contact 100/sip:[email protected]:12369;transport=TLS is now Unreachable.  RTT: 0.000 msec

Instead of normal ip, internal ip behind nat.
And of course, you can't call him.
Reset to factory settings, put the latest firmware. Nothing helps.
