Faced such a problem, when installing Sound Languages ​​from Module Admin in FreePBX
I get an error -

Failed connect to sounds.sng7.com:443; Connection refused

The remaining modules are installed without any problems at all.

In iptables, ports are open, even completely stopped iptables, it did not help.
I also released the car directly, bypassing the gateway, the same picture.
IPV6 is disabled completely, it is not in the system.

Well, you can see that the port is closed. Check it out if it's yours. If not, then the site you are breaking into is simply closed on this port.
