There is a gsm gateway for 4 SIM cards, you need to forward all incoming calls from the SIM card installed in the gateway to the laptop where linphone is installed, tell me how this can be done!?

You need to switch the GoIP-4 to Trunk Gateway mode and enable the As Proxy option, then it will work as a SIP proxy and clients will be able to register directly on it.
