Is it possible for a soft phone and a SIP device to work together?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
Is it possible to work together with a soft phone (Zoiper, X-Lite, etc.) and a hardware SIP device at an employee's workplace? The PBX is Asterisk. What is the purpose: so that the employee can dial phones on the computer, while talking both using a PC headset and intercepting the call with an iron phone. And vice versa, if he called initially with a SIP phone, so that he could transfer the call to a PC. In this case, both phones must have the same number. Is it possible?

The task is not entirely clear. If you just need to initiate a call from a computer, and talk from an iron phone (which is most often required), then you can initiate a call with a bunch of options starting with AMI. Making some kind of "visual dialer" issuing AMI commands to Asterisk is not the most difficult task;) Calls are initiated through the Web telephone directory of the enterprise through AMI - first to myself then to the addressee. Personally, I have done this: internal numbers 74ХХХ, corresponding mobile numbers 75ХХХ. From 74ХХХ to 75ХХХ through the MYSQL database (possible / not possible), redirection to mobile employees goes away - it's free for them, but for me at the tariffs of gateway SIM cards. And it doesn’t bother me whether he has a softphone running, whether he has the Internet, etc. Yes, and where he is generally speaking on the drum.
In my organization, I moved away from softphones in mobile phones towards the Asterisk + GSM gateways + Mobile phones bundle. There are several reasons: not everywhere is sufficient and stable WIFi/Mobile Internet; inconvenience in dialers - jumping from the built-in dialer to Zoiper (or another softphone) is still a pleasure ..
With a sufficient number of gateway mobile channels (corporate SIM cards will help you - internal calls are free) and, if necessary, two-terminal cards from employees, you can adapt my scheme with redirects on no answer. That is, you initiate a call from a computer in any convenient way (CRM, 1C, Web pages with php scripts ...) and an incoming call will come to your hospital. If you pick up the phone without waiting for the call forwarding, the call will go to the "second" party and you will talk. If you want to talk from a mobile phone - do not pick up the phone on the stationary during the timeout and accept the call on the mobile - answer and the call will go to the "second" party. And you are not tied to the place, the level of reception of all kinds of Internet and local WIFi ...
The opinion is purely subjective. Please don't kick with your feet.
PS If you suddenly want to/need to go somewhere while talking on a stationary phone - make a call transfer to your "transparent" mobile (75ХХХ) and alga! I often use this myself.

Collaboration is possible if the softphone does not occupy port 5060 on the computer - and it cannot be changed. 3СХ by default, for example, works on the 5ХХХХ port, the rest of the softphones need to look at the settings.
For the same number, it is enough to make a call group and place all your devices there - for example, numbering is 1XX, you make yourself a group numbered 102 and place all your devices there with numbers for example 401,402,403 where in the settings you set the CallerID for them as number 102.
Everyone will be see your call from any device as a call from 102 numbers, the only thing you need to remember is the numbering yourself in order to transfer from 401 to 402
