How can I get information about those who are online or offline in ASTERISKE?

There is a command in Asteriske "sip show peers" which displays the status of the user on the network.
There is also a “check_asterisk_peers” file, but I can’t find the path to it, maybe someone can tell me where it is and how to get the information out of there.

this file is from nagios and it is located at /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_asterisk_peers
