Why is outgoing calls not working on freepbx?

There is a tp-link tl-r860 router freepbx is connected to it. Within the network, calls are made in normal mode, but when an outgoing call is made to an external phone, it shows that the line is busy. ports are registered on the router 5060-5061, 10000-20000

Yes, and I forgot to say that granstream gxp 1625 are connected, and for some reason the red indicator is constantly flashing on them, as far as I know this should not be

Do you have a white IP on your router? NAT on the router and NAT on the provider are completely different things.
