How to get advanced FreePBX call reporting?

Good afternoon. How can I get more advanced reports than in CDR reports?
For example, a report on the amount of time calls to external phones from each Extention.
The solution doesn't have to be expensive.
Maybe it's easier to pull everything from the MySQL database with your own script?

If you don't have one, you can write your own plugin.
