Is it possible to forward a call by SIP URI to business multiphone?

Good afternoon. Is it possible to make forwarding from your PBX to a phone (using the eMotion application or a regular cell phone). If I put on my PBX something like SIPURI forwarding to [email protected]
I have Multifon Business on my phone. I know that with the Virtual PBX (to the PBX itself) such forwarding can be done, but is it possible to a regular phone and what will ring:
a) the eMotion application
and / or
b) the cellular GSM sim card itself?
