HelpDesk convenient ticket management using SIP?
I wanted to optimize the work of my department. There are 5 people. support, each has its own number + 1 common. Everything runs on asterisk. To business.
1) So that when you pick up the phone, a window pops up on the computer to fill out an application or quickly create a ticket
2) there is an autocomplete of the name
3) history storage
4) a free solution or not a lot of money.
PS I did not find a ready-made solution, I had to write it myself :) https://github.com/bely87/showdial
The project will develop!

if you want to give it to someone either for development or on your own, then take any helpdesk system that suits you with plugin support and any ami library for working with Asterisk.
As an example - https://asternet.codeplex.com/ - I worked a lot and tightly with this thing (but it is for .Net, analogues exist for any more or less well-known framework and language). For your task, it is enough to do the processing of events in the plugin. This is written and debugged in a day, well, + time to figure out the helpdesk system itself
