Jira Service Management or GLPI. What to choose?

Help me make a choice, please!
In general, I choose between Jira Service Management and GLPI.
I will not do an inventory as an automatic service, because most of the employees are remote. But having some kind of account would not be bad. In GLPI you can do it with BP, but I'm not sure if you can do it in fat. As I understand it, glpi is more decoupled due to plugins, etc., however, I need to make Only a help desk for users, it's not bad to have a separate project for HR where they could make requests to create accounts for new users (there is such a fat) . Authorization can also be done through Azure AD. Zhira attracts with a more modern portal interface. Only this, but GLPI seems to be a more flexible system. Maybe someone has experience? I would like to have a modern portal for user support, accounting for applications and the time spent on their implementation to provide management. 1-2 people will work in the helpdesk with applications

This can be done in jira too.
In general, look, if your office is heavily tied to Jira and you use the entire Jira / Confluence bundle, etc., then Jira Service management is better.
If you are not strongly tied to Jira, then GLPI is better.
Well, in terms of money, Jira can be much more expensive, especially if you have a lot of employees.
