FreePBX, a trunk is configured for the sip provider with the number 8800.
When calling this number, customers get to the call center. Naturally, conversations are recorded.
The call center coordinator can listen to records of conversations between managers and clients.
But, there are situations when job seekers, etc. call this number. and asked to switch to the personnel department and accounting. The call is transferred by a call center operator. But the recording of the conversation does not stop.
Accordingly, the coordinator can listen to this call.
Question: How to turn off the recording of a conversation when transferring a call, or how to prohibit operators from transferring calls to any numbers other than the white list? (sometimes they translate to their colleagues).
