Groupware + IM + IP PBX?

The task is to organize a group work tool (mail, calendars, address books), IM (jabber) and bind IP PBX to it.
There are no questions with the first two points - the choice fell on Zimbra 8 OSE (as groupware) and Openfire (as IM). IM users are taken from Zimbra's LDAP.
With the last item (IP PBX) - complete confusion, because. with VoIP before it was not necessary to face at all. What do you want from PBX:
- in addition to the switching of calls to have the functions of IVR and Voice Mail;
— notification of missed calls and voicemail by e-mail/jabber;
- use Zimbra's LDAP account to authorize users and store user numbers;
- the presence of WebUI (native or third-party) is a huge plus.
What IP PBX can you recommend for the tasks? I would be grateful for links to discussions of similar problems. A cursory analysis of the issuance of Google made it clear that in terms of integrating IP PBX with LDAP, complete crap. All solutions are knee-jerk and most of them consist in generating PBX users using third-party scripts that pull the necessary information from LDAP.

In general, asterisk has integration with LDAP, but I didn’t understand it and honestly I think that it won’t work normally, the best option is to pull from LDAP to MYSQL, everything else that was described is present in it!
