Good afternoon. Is it possible to deploy a C application like asterisk for autoscaling to google app engine, aws beanstalk and similar services? Thanks

Asterisk cannot. It's not about what language it's written in, but how it's written. To be able to scale automatically, a cloud application must be developed for a cloud platform, use its API and comply with architectural principles.
