AddPac AP1100 F, Audiocodes MP-118, AddPac AP1100A, KTS4FXO4FXS, DYNAMIX DW-04/H and DYNAMIX DW-0004/H (depending on which 4 ports you need), Linksys SPA8800… something that came to mind…
