Monitoring VoIP calls?

PBX Asterisk + subscribers.
Is it possible to issue useful information of VoIP traffic using Asterix tools, for example, to another network?
What options exist (other than a sniffer)?

What do you mean by "useful information"? Have you already watched AMI and ARI?
