Why does Excel slow down when copying this single cell?

Hello!
So, I have a stupid problem. The client complains that he is slowly copy-paste between Excel workbooks. Asked to send files with which there is a problem. And penetrated. In short, all table data can be copied quickly except for one single cell. In appearance, there are no formulas in the cell, bare text, no design. But copying it, and then pasting it to any other place (within a table or in another book) loads a percent and takes a fair amount of time.
Especially for you, friends, I copied this cell into a separate file and let you play around, suddenly you figure out what's wrong with it, otherwise I already have steam from my ears :-)
I hope that I just don't see something obvious .
Issue verified in Excel 2007, 2013, 2016.

There are only two cells inside it - good and bad. The good ones are copied and pasted normally, the bad ones take a long time to be inserted.

Maybe this is due to the fact that an invisible graphical object is inserted there in the form of xml, which draws about 30 MB?

My Office 2016 was also buggy when copying, placing even a small block on the clipboard, the solution is very simple, in an open excel file, in the lower right corner (in 2019 in the left corner) there are three vertically located dots, under them the word READY, you cling with the mouse you drag it to the right, hidden sheets appear and that's it, the problem of freezing disappears.
The goal is to show the hidden sheets in the file. Helps!
