Similar to Microsoft Office for Windows/Linux?

I ran into a problem that Libre Office opens Word / Excell documents very badly, the whole layout is broken.
What are the alternatives?
Windows and Linux platforms.

WPS Office, Only Office, Google Docs. More or less like this.
But crookedly laid out in Word will break anywhere (maybe even in another version of Word).
Office formats are not intended for transfer, their niche is from the keyboard to the printer.

OnlyOffice perfectly opens MS formats, formatting doesn't work.

The layout will be broken even when using different versions of MS Office. And even when using the same version, but with different printers. Swimming, we know. Did a thesis. In MS Office - on purpose, because I knew that OOo (then used it) breaks the layout nafig. I bring the dock to work, open it with the same version of the office - Yobaduk take me! everything was scattered so much that it took another couple of hours to put everything back together.

Hardcore transfer everyone to OpenOffice odt. in the Russian Federation GOST for the workflow of Open Document. It hurts gemorno but you can send everyone to and say that it is crooked for them.
From the Office 365 easy path in the browser.
Middle is eating a cactus and nodding your head every time they say that they are crooked in the office from your OO.
As an option to try different things for example WPS, I personally like it better.

I chose P7-Office for myself , as it supports all MS Office formats, has many functions even in the free version, user-friendly interface, mobile version, cloud and supports both browser and desktop applications. I think that this is an excellent analogue of Microsoft Office https://www.r7-office.ru
