Why does error 0x000006ba appear after KB5006670 or KB5007186 updates?
After the KB5006670 update, all PCs on Windows 10 and 8.1 began to give error 0x000006ba when printing to network printers. When trying to add a network printer, the error sounded: "Windows could not connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If it is a network printer, make sure the printer is turned on and that the printer address is correct." After uninstalling the update, everything was back to normal.
What is it? Why? And how to be?
Make any changes to the registry? How can I opt out of this update?
ps Where can I read in detail about the update and what purposes does it serve?
