How to convert raster to vector?
There is a raster image in CMYK with a TRANSPARENT background for printing, I now need to convert it to a vector, but the smiley is not saved in png with a transparent background, in what other format can it be saved, so that later I can transfer it to illustrator?

The task of converting a raster to a vector is generally solved by tracing a raster image. But there are nuances here. :)
The question is incorrect.
If you just need to put the image in an illustrator file, then save it as a psd and paste it into an illustration.
If you just need to add an image (in your case, a bitmap) to the layout in illustrator - just import it (file->import) or drag it with a drag drop. Another thing is that, of course, it does not become vector from this, remaining a bitmap image inside the vector layout. There is such a tool as tracing, it can try to make a vector based on your raster, but the result is usually average, you need to finish it by hand.
