Why does chrome say that the server did not provide timestamps?

Hello! A little background: I connect freepbx with amocrm according to the instructions voxlink.ru/kb/asterisk-configuration/amocrm-asterisk/. Everything was fine, but then atska had to move to another local ip address. A self-signed certificate for openssl was used. I signed according to the instructions www.8host.com/blog/sozdanie-ssl-sertifikata-v-apac... Using internet explorer everything is fine. If I use chrome, then the browser gives a certificate verification error "the server did not provide timestamps". Added to trusted root certificates. Looked at the time - correct. The timezone also matches. Where am I wrong?

Look at the certificate on this site or on Habré, nothing familiar?) Don't you see the same offer?
If it says that the certificate is verified "Chrome data confirms that the site's certificate issuer" and the certificate is valid, then don't worry. You're all right.)
Press the certificate data, then "Certification Path", and you will see that your certificate is valid.
