Does it make sense to develop such a web application?
In general, I have already been developing about 10 CRM systems, and mostly clients were those who were not satisfied with the capabilities of bitrix / amocrm or similar systems, namely the possibility of customizing a web application. Does it make sense to create a similar crm system that can be customized in almost any way, so that it can work as a regular configurator (bitrix, amocrm) and with a regular site (php, js).
PS Why? Because such a problem really exists.

There's a meaning. But do you have enough strength and perseverance?
It makes no sense - to make it possible to customize everything and everything and at the same time not knowing the programming will not work.
It makes sense to make a CRM that will simply be finalized by the developer
Until you prove to yourself mathematically that such a system is really realizable, there is no point.
It would be so simple - they would not make a cloud of CMS systems and plugins for them.
