Convenient CRM - Messenger what to choose?

Good afternoon! I’ll try to express my idea as clearly as possible)) But I’m not sure what will happen (:
Such a question means that the company worked for us in Bitrix24 for a long time.
The staff has been reduced a little, and Bitrix24 has become painfully “heavy” for a small company.
We are now adding only information to it on clients, how does the database turn out like this
in general . it is clear that, that is, like CRM, but it seems to be not.
And the second is just a chat chat. I also looked at Asana.com, but so far it has not taken root (I also worked with it on another project, it seems to be excellent, but it “breaks” either the English language or the functionality.
But I want something in between all of them.
That is for example, there is a task for a manager - it was set by a senior manager and there are comments to it, I want it to be ranked in the list of tasks depending on the comments.Roughly
speaking, the manager answered something - the task was marked that there is a new comment, and "went" up.
And those that are not active (without comments) simply remained in place.
Well, of course, so that all tasks could be "closed" and set deadlines.
I don't know if there is something like that, but maybe there is, and the audience will tell you (:

@frendlix

In general, apparently it will be necessary to breed project management and CRM for clients.
Apparently it will be Asana and Bitrix In Asana - tasks and so on, in Bitrix
only the customer base and the work of the "call center" it will be great (: In general, I see it as only the Client / Contractor Base is "taken" from CRM And everything else from the Task Manager - setting tasks and so on Bitrix would be a solution if it were not so "cumbersome"
