Why does acronis disk director 12 refuse to process disks connected via a usb adapter?
Hello. I connect a regular, Windows-formatted HDD with ntfs partitions via a USB adapter. I boot from BootCD Acronis Disk Director 12, in the log regarding this hard drive I see the following entry "Unable to process disk sector size is not supported (4096)". What does he not like? For some reason, it does not refuse to work with the same disk connected via sata, but via usb it starts to get out.
Help out in ADD, the feature of disk cloning is of interest, so the ability to cling disks via usb is very necessary.
upd: Small size hard drive - 500GB.

If anyone is interested, you can also clone with Acronis True Image, unlike ADD, it is more tolerant of usb drives, although there are also nuances: https://kb.acronis.com/content/2931
