How to make your own BootMenu like Acronis?

Well, or slip another WinPE instead of Acronisa.
In general, we are interested in loading WinPE using a hot key before loading Windows. Any ideas or ready-made solutions?

In Win7, it was possible to force the F8 menu at boot, in Win10 or from a booted system, or to interrupt the boot 3 times.
