Why does a virtual machine go to sleep when encryption is enabled?

I use VMWare Workstation 12.

Raised a virtual machine with Debian. Enabled the "Keep VMs running after Workstation closes" option so that when the program closes, the virtual machine does not turn off, but remains in the tray.

Everything works fine.

But after I encrypted it, the virtual machine began to go into sleep mode (pause) 10 seconds after the program was closed.

I coded it here:

How do I make sure that the virtual machine is not paused with the encryption option enabled when I close the VMWare Workstation program?

@belyaevcyrill

It turns out that it was necessary to uncheck the "Enable restrictions" option in the properties of the virtual machine
