To start with, when inserting styles into a page, write "/" always first.
You are using CNC, as a result, links without the first "/" begin to be determined from the current URL. In general, Google Chrome has a developer console and there all these errors are visible immediately. Or, in order not to change all links, use the base tag . And yes, MODX has nothing to do with it.
